Just saw this clip on you tube there (hopefully it won't be removed) As some of you may know i work in a call-center so i found it quite funny and relevant as I've had to ring call-centers many a time also as I'm sure everyone else has. Hopefully if any of you ever have IT problems you won't end up having to call this guy.
