Has swinging benefited your sex life? Maybe its brought out a side in your Partner you previously had not known about,and which it turned out you liked, and has now enhanced your relationship in and out of the sack? Maybe it exposed you to a new experience that you had previously been unaware of, or were just too shy to embark on with a former partner or whoever? Personally I've found its helped me be more comfortable with myself, I'm a big fella and ye we do get a bit concious about them things sometimes, and I found parties gave me a new confidence in getting 'Nekkid'....feck it I pretty much border on flasher these days lol. Its also given me great insight into the hidden depths of sexuality, meeting new people, trying things I never had...or even heard of...lol...before. So Share your thoughts if you so wish. Titan79.

Have to agree with Titan & Dora. meeting new people,like minded people, confidence, exploring, acceptance,... realizing that sex is not about performance,attraction is not about looks or the size of your equipment ... & that no matter what age you are you can have fun ....swinging certainly makes me feel alive & the last few years have been the most memorable. When I am older, greyer & less mobile I will look back on this period of my life with a smile & no regrets. What has Swing done for me ... I think its made me a better person & lover.

Well.... Swinging has shown Mrs Sugar and I how secure we are in our relationship. It gives us the opportunity to play with others in a setting suitable to both of us. It has given us the means to meet & get to know a lot of people who share the same interest. It has given us great nights out at M&G's, many of which were themed nights. This site in particular has given us the confidence to host parties in our home, something we probably would never have done had we never joined. Swinging has opened our eyes to behaviour we wouldnt usually have encountered elsewhere Swinging has helped us fulfill many fantasies It has also shown us exactly how popular the lifestyle is in Ireland Swinging has been only beneficial to us so far, and the future looks better every day smile
