Hiya
If I were you I'd most probably start with your profile page. You should really put something on there. Who you are, what you are and arent looking for. Nothing too in dept, just a brief overview of who you guys are and what you find attractive.
Your profile also says you cant travel or accommodate, obviously you will need to be able to do at least one of these in order to hook up with others, so you should choose at least one, or both if you can.
Photos are always good. They dont need to be explicit and face pics should always be private to preserve your privacy & anonymity. Its a small world, and besides you can invite whomever you want on here to view your private pics once you are settled in and comfortable.
The Let's Meet Up forum is great for advertising your requirements. You can post an advert stating you are looking for a single female on Aug 10 for instance, and in the post you can say whether this would be in a hotel room setting or maybe your home, the choice is really yours. Also the approx time you would be looking to meet is also helpful to any member who may be interested in meeting you.
For safety reasons, until you are used to this site and familiar with other members, maybe you should only arrange to meet with verified members. Although you do not have to take my advice on this point, if it were me I'd be only meeting someone who has been verified by established members to be real. There can be a lot of fakers, not only on this site but on all websites of a social nature.
Get into chat!! It will be hard at first if you dont know a soul, but persevere and say "Hi Room" whenever you enter and this way other members in chat will see you have entered and will welcome you. The place is really welcoming, and yes it may be quite daunting at first but after a couple of chat sessions you will be more at ease.
Ask the Moderators for assistance if you need any. They can be found in chat and are always at the top of the chatters pane in the chatroom. They have a blue star before their name so they are easy to recognise. They will gladly help you with any issues or questions you have regarding the site and its features.
Meet & Greets are wonderful and are great to get to know members on a scial basis. They are usually advertised in Let's Meet Up, are hosted by members of this website and serve as a great icebreaker for people who are new and want to get themselves recognised on a social level to begin with. They are social nights out with other members. Again it may be a little unnerving going into a place where you dont know a soul, but you wont be the only one nervous there. We still get nervous before every M&G or party. Even if we are the ones hosting the party

Some members are ready to attend a party as soon as they sign up here whilst others prefer to maybe get to know members in chat first, then maybe a meet and greet and then finally attend a party. Parties can be small starting with 6-8 people and can get really big, sometimes catering for well over 100 people.

Hey there
Start with your profile, you need to use it to promote yourselves. Its what tells the rest of us what you like or dislike. Ignore it and your chances of additional fun are going to be very, very limited. Put in the effort, it'll be well worth it.
Then make yourselves know in the chatrooms/forums or even better still at a M+G or two and before you know it you'll be having a blast.
