Just want to say thank you from studandsexy to those that attended , it was great seeing some regular faces and meeting some new ones and look forward to seeing the lot of you again really soon .Thank you for making it a wonderful night and for going out of your way to make sure that everything was ok, your support was appreciated , those who attended know what I mean.
As most of you know organising one of these events isn't as easy as it seems , there is a lot of work , travel , emails , meeting with hotel managers etc involved and I know that those who have attended this weekends one and previous ones all appreciate the hard work that goes into it.
On that note I would like to point out that if for whatever reason you decide not to attend (without sounding like a complete bitch) a simple text message , a quick phone call, an email to say you are not coming really isn't too much to expect. There are costs involved in running these functions and it is not acceptable that when numbers are down it is left to the organisers to pay the shortfall from their own pocket and to have to deal with a hotel manager asking where are the people that booked the rooms , rooms that could have been given to other customers (Do not confirm your place with the organisers unless you seriously intend to go). Obviously there are times when things happen out of peoples control and we really really appreciate the people who had the courtesy to contact us and cancel.

again another great night was had by all that attended including myself. It was lovely to meet new people - u know who you are - and the regulars that go to them all again turned out to support studandsexy and to have a good time.
I really look forward to these nights and cant wait for the next one. I could rant on about the no-shows but i think lou has it down to perfection.

BonnyClyde here just to throw our bit in. We traveled on the Friday and met up with (peeps) sorry friends and we had a blast the Friday. The Saturday night was just as good and we met some new friends and lots of our old friends. We would like to thank studandsexy bicurious and silky boxers for the effort that they put into the event and made us all feel welcome and at home. The DJ put on a great selection of music to cater for all ages from the youngest right up to me (he he he). Cant waite for the next 1 lads.

What a night! we werent even supposed to be attending, we just happened to be in westport and heard that the numbers werent as good as had been expected, so we said "fuck it lets go!" lol. We had never been to a meet n greet before and in fairness we couldnt have been made feel more welcome when we arrived. It was fantastic to finally be able to put faces to the names.
On a more serious note i really cant understand people committing to going and then not showing up. Granted, we all have our own lives to lead and there will always be circumstances that are beyond our control, but just out of common courtesy a simple text, e-mail, phonecall, just to say "hey, something's come up and i can't make it" would have made all the difference. To just not show up and not say anything put the organisers, who did a fantastic job by the way, in an awful position and was really not fair on them. I honestly dont know how Jorge kept a smile on his face all night. Had it been me i would have been very disappointed.
To Jorge, Bi and Silky i say well done guys. We popped our meetngreet cherry saturday night and it was thanks to you guys we had such a great time.

A lot of time and effort goes into organising these events and the fact people are being left out of pocket too is just disgusting. An idea going forward for ppl organising. advise people that if they commit to a meet and the fail to show and dont even bother to say sorry within 48 hours of the event , they will be named and shamed and banned from nest one!!! just an idea as it might stop peeps saying yes i'll go and then deciding later.....feck that, not goin to bother..
