Your account may have been de-activated if the rules in the Chatroom Rules or the Acceptable Use Policy have been breached. The length of your ban may depend on the severity of the incident and/or your account history.

However please provide us with in depth information including your username, which room you were banned in, the date and time of the banning, and any other relevant information. Without this information, there is little that we can do to investigate the reason.
