details are going out very soon. We advise people to book in once you receive your invite. For people who for any reason aren't certain they will be there let us know asap. We were a little bit stricter on people who were not well verified this was to weed out the messers. There are so many sabotage attempts being made lately we are not taking any Chance s. We would encourage ye all to dress up. That being said we won't turn ye away if ye don't. There is a cash prize for best dressed male and female costume. And also a few little surprises being given out during the night..:thumbup: there will also be a raffle for some great prizes.

all plans going great. We will ask ye not to look for an invite unless ye are sure ye will make it as others lost out at the last meet and greet because around 80 did not turn up or even let us know that they would not make it and left us sitting at the entrance waiting for them until after 12 that night. so please please be sure you will make the night or at least contact us early so that we won't be waiting on them and that we can let the people on the short list come along to enjoy the night.
We will post a new thread this weekend and start making the list. Looking forward to meeting ye all
