Today I pulled out the ribbon yokie that's used to mark the day on my big A4 desk diary.
I really liked that silky navy ribbon and it was really handy.
It's only the start of May so I'm going to miss it for the rest of the year :upset: :upset:

Intensive two day training session last weekend certainly helped, my keepy-uppy skills improved no end 
Still need a bit more work on my post match cool-down massage technique though so might have to fit in another training camp before June......... :lol:
