For anyone who simply wants to meet up for a cuppa and a chat with like-minded people from time to time. Just put a post up in group if you're going to be about town (Wexford/Enniscorthy/Gorey/NewRoss) for a cuppa, and see who else is free to join you.... Not restricted to locals!
